NotesNOTES FROM DESC: In a few weeks, Downeast Soul Coalition will be making our debut at a wonderful local nonprofit venue - the Chocolate Church Arts Center in Bath. We're playing at event called the Mud Boots & Black Tie Gala, which is a fundraiser and community building night benefiting the Chocolate Church. It's going to be a blast, and we would love to see you there!
There are a couple of ticket options -
You can attend the full event, which includes dinner and drinks at a Chocolate Church supporter's home AND the dance party with us. These tickets cost $50 and are available at this link.

NotesHalloween might be the night before this event, but Skösh gives you one more excuse to dress up and cut a rug!
Formed in 2008 in Buckfield, Maine, Skösh has gigged extensively across the state and New England over the last 10 years. The band has shared billing with acts such as The Charlie Daniels Band, Twiddle, X Ambassadors, and Randy Houser. Skösh is, Jedidiah Allen on drums and Vocals, Pete Richard on Sax, Eli Allen on Bass and Vocals, and Jay Larkin on Guitar and Vocals. With an eclectic blend of influences that combine “just a little bit” of everything, the band has gained a reputation for their driving, funky tunes and live improvisations; Being described by the Portland Press Herald as having, “…the eclecticism that made rockers Ween famous in the 1990’s.” After narrowing down to a funkier sound, the band is released their sophomore album, “Shaking The Ghost” in December 2018.
This show will feature very special guests, The Youngerbloods, to open up the evening. Playing a blend of Funk, Soul, and R&B from classic to current hits, the Youngerbloods will keep you on your feet.
